Her Health Desk ("we," "us," "our") operates HerHealthDesk.com, a website offering digital tools, guides, and articles for women's hormonal health. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at contact@herhealthdesk.com.
The short version: We collect your email address only if you choose to give it to us. We never see your payment details. Anything you write in our printable trackers and journals stays on your paper, in your home — it never touches our servers. We never sell your information to anyone.
Your email address — only if you subscribe to our email list or contact us. Subscribing is always optional, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Purchase information — our digital products are sold through Gumroad, an independent e-commerce platform. Gumroad processes your payment and shares your email address and order details with us so we can support your purchase. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials. Gumroad's handling of your data is governed by Gumroad's own privacy policy.
Technical data — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to keep the site running and understand what content is useful.
Our products are downloadable PDFs designed to be printed and filled in by hand. Whatever you record in them — symptoms, sleep patterns, notes for your doctor — stays entirely with you. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to see it. We do not collect, store, or process any health information about you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

We don't set tracking cookies ourselves. Third-party services listed above may set their own cookies according to their own policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing access to anything on this site.

We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, it's removed from our active systems. Order records held by Gumroad are retained according to Gumroad's policies and applicable tax law.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we'll tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
